Aaron B. Mensah serves as Operations Manager at Pleasant Medical Centre (PMC) where he is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within the company. He will bring managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures, and operation controls to PMC while effectively communicating and fostering growth among the management team and all employees.
Aaron is an affable, intelligent, hardworking and ambitious man. He has excellent negotiation skills and is a good team player with notable healthcare experience. Prior to PMC, Aaron served in a similar role at New Crystal Health Services for five years. He also served for one year as an Operations Team Lead Officer at MTN Ghana (Customer Service Department).
He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Education, Winneba. He intends to begin work on his Masters in Health Services Administration in 2022.
He is married with three children, Nana Yaw, Abeiku and Yaa Asantewaa. His hobbies include reading, watching series movies and travelling. He is fluent in Twi, Fante, Ga, and English.
